This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation between the seller below and the buyer who orders through a distance-communication tool.
1. Parties

- Address: Haci Saki Mah. Kenarcik St. 7H, 38020 Kocasinan / Kayseri, Türkiye

Buyer / consumer
The person whose name, phone, email and delivery / billing address appear on the order or request form. Mandatory consumer provisions of Law No. 6502 may not apply to a buyer acting for commercial or professional purposes; the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 and general rules then apply.
2. Subject
The Agreement covers distance sales of charging units offered by Arcona (AC Type 2, Titan 180 V2 DC and similar), accessories, survey / installation / turnkey services and — without prejudice to a separate membership — prepaid charging packages agreed in advance.
Instant charging at a public station (a kWh session) is governed by the Membership Agreement and the current tariff. Hardware and installation sales are the main subject of this Agreement.
3. Main characteristics and price
- The main characteristics of the goods or services appear on the product / solution page, in the quotation or in the order summary (power, sockets, installation scope).
- The sale price, VAT and any shipping / installation are shown in the order confirmation or written quote. If there is no quote, the list price on the site applies; extra site-survey items are approved separately.
- Payment is by transfer, a POS Arcona indicates, or invoiced terms (commercial buyers). Title may remain with Arcona until the price is paid in full.
4. Delivery and performance
- Delivery is to the address on the order. Work that needs installation depends on survey and permit steps being completed.
- The statutory maximum delivery period for goods in stock is 30 days from order confirmation; installation and custom work follow the timetable in the quote. Force majeure or buyer-caused delay extends the period.
- The buyer must inspect the goods on delivery and record visible defects on the carrier / delivery note.
5. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery of goods or of the start of a service, including the period up to that day, without giving a reason and without a penalty. Notice is sent to info@arconasarj.com, +90 850 811 4020 or the postal address above, in writing or on a durable medium.
After withdrawal the consumer returns the goods within 10 days of the notice; the seller refunds the price within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method. Return shipping may be borne by the consumer where the law allows.
6. Exceptions to withdrawal
Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, withdrawal is not available in particular where:
- Goods are prepared to the consumer’s specifications or personal needs (made-to-measure / site-specific installation or design).
- Goods whose packaging is opened after delivery and that are unsuitable for return on health or hygiene grounds.
- Services performed instantly in an electronic environment, or that the consumer agreed to start before the withdrawal period ended.
- Goods or services whose price depends on financial-market fluctuations (if any).
- Electricity consumed at a public station and a completed charging session — a service that has started and been completed.
7. Defective goods and warranty
Consumers have the optional rights in Law No. 6502 (free repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction in line with the defect). Where the manufacturer / importer provides a warranty, the warranty certificate and user manual (for example the Titan 180 V2 PDF manual) are supplied with delivery. Defects caused by the buyer’s incorrect installation or use, and not by the seller, fall outside the warranty.
8. Personal data
Order data is processed under the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Privacy Notice.
9. Disputes
For consumer disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at the buyer’s or the seller’s place of residence has jurisdiction, depending on the value. Other disputes fall to Kayseri Courts and Enforcement Offices. Consumer hotline: 175. Provincial / district trade directorates and e-Devlet consumer channels may also be used.
10. Entry into force
The buyer’s confirmation of a distance order or acceptance of a written quote means the Agreement is formed electronically. Arcona publishes the current text on this page. The order summary and invoice form part of the Agreement.
